Good surface condition and gauge controll, matte finish for painting and finishing.
This material is intended for exposed or unexposed parts where bending, moderate drawing, forming and welding are involved.
Uses are general and precision fabrication, stamped parts, formed cabinets etc.

Acid pickled to remove mill oxide “scale”, not as good gauge control as Cold Rolled.
Surface is clean, smooth and ready for forming, stamping and general fabrication.

Excellent corrosion resistance.
Continuously hot dipped coated with zinc.
Uses primarily HVAC, sheet metal fabrication stampings, roofing, electrical boxes and equipment.

Corrosion resistant.
Coated both sides with an Aluminum-Silicon alloy.
Uses are high temperature corrosion resistant applications such as Dryers, Incinerators, Ovens and Heaters.
20/20 AF Sheet
Precision Sheet Metal fabrication.
Typical end uses are computer chasis, office machines and control panels.
Anti fingerprint electrogalvanized that resists fingerprinting, streaking and staining.

3003
Uses are sheet metal fabrication, roofing and general purpose sheeting.
Excellent weld ability, formability and corrosion resistance, not recommended for anodizing.
5052
Uses are sheet metal and general fabrication, stamped parts etc.
Very good corrosion resistance, formability, weldability and strength.
For many years this alloy was the highest strength non-heat-treatable alloy commercially available.
6061
Very good corrosion resistance and excellent weldability.
Uses are fabricated parts, stampings etc where strength is important.
Higher tensile strength, structural grade often referred to as “Aircraft Quality”.
